		Standard systems from EMO OberflÃ¤chentechnik are the best choice for numerous cleaning tasks. The classic cleaning systems set standards in terms of economy and flexibility. Like the special systems, they work with the proven VAIOCS method. EMO builds standard systems in a combined version

with aqueous and solvent-based cleaning stages as well as in a conventional version for solvent-based operation only.

The classic VAIOCS systems from EMO come in two standard sizes and they can be used with stacking transport containers for holding the cleaning items. The containers are available in two different sizes: 530 x 320 x 200 and 670 x 480 x 300 millimetres. With a basket weight of maximum 100 or 150 kilograms, these systems achieve throughput rates of about six to eight baskets per hour.
