Merger of Hösel GmbH with EMO Oberflächentechnik GmbH and simultaneous change of the name to HEMO GmbH

We have taken the long-term ongoing and very close cooperation between HÖSEL and EMO, manifested in the founding of the Surface Alliance in 1999,
to the next step. The new HEMO GmbH was founded to merge operations of HÖSEL and EMO.This merger will allow HEMO GmbH to improve performance and quality of
service benefitting technical developments and customer satisfaction.

The brands HÖSEL and EMO will remain with each of their product line. Your existing agreements and contracts with the individual companies remain intact.
After the entry of the merger into the Commercial Register all contracts will be transferred to the HEMO GmbH as the legal successor, without the need for you to take any action.

For you as business partner of EMO Oberflächentechnik GmbH the only changes will be the company name and the domain to @hemo-gmbh.de, which must follow the familiar email addresses.

For you as business partner of previous Hösel GmbH the following changes, beside the above mentioned, appear:

- The company name is HEMO GmbH, Betriebsstätte Ötisheim
- Adress: Industriestraße 24, 75443 Ötisheim, Germany
- Register court and number is AG Mannhein, HRB No. 240258
- VAT number is DE 143 078 006

All your current contacts at both locations will stay there. Current contact data for all personnel will remain active until further notice.
